SCHEDULING PEER REVIEW IN ALEXANDRIA:

SCHEDULING PEER REVIEW IN FAIRFAX OR LOUDOUN:

1.) Using your web browser, navigate to https://esinova.setmore.com/ (If the link does not work, you may need to type the address directly into your browser).

2.) Under Choose Session, click on the jurisdiction you want to sign up for.

3.) On the calendar, click on the date you want to sign up for to see if sessions are available.  A time will appear beside the calendar if there is an open session.  Click on the desired time slot.

*If you have a Setmore account and are logged in, the site will take you to the next page. If you do not have an account with Setmore, the website will prompt you to log in or create an account.  Creating an account is optional – if you do not wish to create an account, click on the Skip login process link at the bottom.

4.) Fill in your name, email address and phone number in the provided fields.  In the field under Additional Information, enter your company name (if applicable – we collect this information to ensure you are not assigned a plan from your company to review).  All other fields are optional.  Check the box next to I agree to the cancellation policy and click on Continue.

5.) You will be presented with the session details, as well as your info for verification.  Check the box beside Yes, send me a reminder email if you want Setmore to send you a reminder about your session.  When you have verified all information is correct, click on Book My Appointment.

6.) A booking ID will be provided to you on the next page, along with the details of the peer review session.  An email confirmation will be sent to the address you provided with the date and time of the session you signed up for, as well as a copy of the booking ID and an attachment to mark the appointment in your calendar.  Links to cancel or reschedule the appointment are also provided in this email.

At this time, all peer review sessions are being held virtually.  If there is a plan to be reviewed on the date you signed up for, you will receive instructions from our Staff Engineers on how to access the plan online.

While our Staff Engineers will receive notification that you have signed up for a session, we still highly encourage contacting Sohaila Shekib (Fairfax Peer Review) or Sue Wolford (Loudoun Peer Review) the day prior to your session to ask if there is a plan for you to review.

Please Note: All DPE/DPE Eligibles are required to enroll for peer review as part of your annual requirements. You must sign up if you have not already met your requirements. If you have questions about peer review, please contact Sohaila Shekib (sshekib@esinova.org) or Sue Wolford (swolford@esinova.org). DPEs will receive credit for peer review if enrolled and there is no plan to review.
